How do I block or unblock an Air Contact?

If you block an Air contact, you won’t receive messages from them in your 1:1 chat and they won’t be able to view updates to your profile. You can unblock them anytime, which will reverse these changes. If you unblock an Air contact, you still won’t receive any messages they sent while they were blocked. 

If you’re in a group chat with a blocked Air contact, they’ll still be able to see updates to your profile. Also, you’ll see a placeholder message covering messages they send in the group chat. You can reveal the message by tapping the placeholder message.

1. From your chat with the Air contact you want to delete, tap on their profile picture at the top center of the app.

2. Tap “Block”.

3. A confirmation message will appear. Tap “Block”.

4. To unblock a blocked Air contact, follow the same process as above (the option to block is replaced with an option to unblock).
