How do I contact Air?

If you can’t find the answer to your question about Air in this documentation, you can contact Air using the steps below. Alternatively, you can email help@air.ms.

1. Tap the profile picture icon in the upper left corner of the app.

2. Tap “Profile”.

3. Tap “Help”, which is located near the bottom of the page.

4. Tap “Contact us”.

5. Select one of the options for “Message subject”.

6. In the “Body” section, type your message to Air. You need to enter at least 11 characters.

7. Tap “Compose email”.

8. Your device will open your device’s default email app and populate a new email with the information entered in the form. You can then send the email from your email app.
